It is a luxury hotel and the rooms are newly decorated and the bathroom is fairly clean. The staff are accommodating, managed the parking off site.

We liked our reasonably large and recently refurbished room with comfortable bed. The hotel was perfect, it had a great location very close to night clubs, the promenade to the lovely clean beach and the bar and reception areas...

Outstanding service was provided. Got signature king room when arrived, thoroughly enjoyed that. English breakfast was hot with fresh omelette. The staff was exceptionally pleasant, they were always available.
The staff we met were unattentive.

Nice hotel.Nice Location. "Grrrreat" breakfast with a very generous variety of quality food. We stayed in one of the cottages (not actually a cottage,but a studio without a kitchen) however quite nice which was clean, comfy with great sea view.
Room was quite pricey for what you get. They also charge a cheeky £10 charge for car park. .

It was very relaxing! The fact we had a swimming pool meant it didnt really matter if the weather was bad outside as we were still entertained! It was also really easy with a baby ans taff were very helpful!

The wonderful sea view and central location
The restaurant / bar area / stair areas were very cold. After eating our meals or drinking in the bar area, even with jumpers on we both felt really cold.

Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet
The parking was very difficult. And I booked a junior suite for 3 people, but the price contained only two breakfast. I dont think it was clearly stated on the booking.

A fabulous location and a very nice hotel. Very lovely breakfast. Heated outdoor pool was fun.
Our room was on the ground floor near the lift, lots of noise!

The Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott Hotel has a fine view of the ocean. Our room was spacious and elegantly designed, with plush bedding. The swimming pool was a hit with the kids, and the proximity to the beach made it easy for us to enjoy some fun in the sun.
Parking was limited and sometimes challenging.

The staff were excellent. On arrival there was someone to meet, greet and park the car. Reception on arrival were welcoming and staff throughout hotel were friendly and helpful.
